Welcome to Shukokai Karate Association. Established in 2015, training out of Murray Bridge and Mypolonga Dojos in the Murraylands area of South Australia, where we teach students from 4 years of age upward. You are never too old to start. Karate is well known as a form of self-defence, it can also help with self-confidence, self-discipline and fitness.
