We believe that participating in athletics is not just about competition, but also about building self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork. We offer a summer track and field program and winter cross country program for children aged 5 - 16.
A few things parents ask
Is this suitable for my child’s age and level?
Confirm the age group and beginner suitability for the class you choose.
How large is the group, and who is coaching?
Ask about the size of your child’s group, the coach leading it and their qualifications. Listed capacity is not a live availability count.
What should we bring, and what if it rains?
