Strathcona Rhythmic Gymnastics

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a graceful sport that combines dance, acrobatics and gymnastics and develops coordination, strength, balance, flexibility, posture and musicality. It can build self-esteem and improve skills such as self-discipline, concentration and most importantly team spirit. Girls learn apparatus handling skills through their work with ball, hoop, clubs, rope and ribbon.
